Someone in my house just said the following:
"Can I stick my finger in it?"
Yeah. That JUST happened!
Anyone care to guess who said it, and in what context?

I sincerely hope its in a food context. May it not be poop.
You are back to your crafty ways and just made the frosting for a gingerbread house. Younger Son wanted to see what the frosting tasted like.
Actually, I know it's going to be a lot more interesting than my guess........
Hmmm. My guess is that it either involves a light socket or butter.
Light socket anyone?
I'm hoping it was a brand new jar of peanut butter!
electrical receptacle or pet's recently discovered rectum
You were making rock candy and had JUST determined that it had reached the correct temperature of 300 degrees when your youngest asked if he could stick his finger in it? No? Oh, that must have just been me, then. Except that I didn't ask I just did it. Not my best day.
Hope it didn't involve anything dangerous or gross!
Christmas cookie dough. . .
A fresh jar of Marshmallow Fluff! (You were making fudge, right?)
OK. I'm gonna go with 'Seth' (yes!), and... (hoo, this is hard) your leftover turkey carcass? Too gross?
please be food please be food please be food
Hopefully food
I just hope it wasn't your husband trying to be amorous.
I can't possibly top what some of your readers have suggested! They are too funny!
C'mon, spill it! Don't keep us guessing!
Good Lord. A smart woman wouldn't even ask the obvious question. Just look away, hon...
Someone was sticking a finger inside someone elses cast.
Two of my guesses would be someone broke a bone and one of the other boys decided to stick their finger in side to scratch the itch. Or it's cookie dough time and one of the boys couldn't resist on tasting.

oh it had to be something grossly inappropriate i am sure. roadkill? sorry i'll slink away now...but not after offering a belated happy birthday to you, chad, and the former president of poland.
